By accessing this website or applying to The Commander’s Passage or any program operated by The CMDR Group, you agree to the following terms:

1. Private Membership Acknowledgement

All programs are offered exclusively under the jurisdiction and governance of a Private Members Association (PMA). The CMDR Group is a brand and project operated within the PMA structure. By submitting an application or enrolling, you acknowledge and agree to enter into a private membership agreement with the governing PMA.

2. No Guarantees of Entry or Results

Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance into any program. Acceptance is at the sole discretion of The CMDR Group. While our programs are designed for transformation, results vary and are dependent on your personal commitment, actions, and follow-through.

3. Refund Policy

Due to the selective nature of our programs and limited intake capacity, all fees are final and non-refundable once membership is confirmed or the program has commenced.

4. Code of Conduct

We maintain strict standards for integrity, confidentiality, and respect. Any abuse, misconduct, or breach of trust will result in removal from the program and membership revocation.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, including videos, documents, language, branding, and training materials, are the sole property of The CMDR Group and may not be reproduced or distributed without written permission.
